OB/GYN Physician
An OB/GYN is needed at an established non-profit healthcare system in Ocala, Florida.

Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $350,000
- Additional wRVU bonus model (paid quarterly)
- $75,000 sign on bonus
- Relocation Assistance: Yes! Amount determined case by case

- Robot available, but not required
- Hospital sees 2,400 deliveries annually
- Collaborative approach with CNMs, MFM and OB Hospitalists
- Dedicated Gyn surg techs and OB nursing staff
Responsibilities
- Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN
- Will be seeing patients in clinic and in hospital (located on same campus)
- Up to 20 patients per day
- Will perform minimally invasive gynecological surgery, such as laparoscopy for endometriosis, pelvic pain, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, endometrial ablation, and surgery for uterine fibroids.
- Call rotation: split between full-time and locums providers, 1:4 (once per week)
Requirements
- Clear and Active Medical License in the State of Florida (or willing to obtain if out of area provider)
- Board Certified or Board Eligible - Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Full-time role, this is not locums or per diem.
- New graduates are welcome to apply
- One day of call per week (shift is 24 hours in length)
