Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver personalized virtual lessons that are tailored to each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Collaborate with families, teachers, and school administrators remotely to ensure a supportive learning environment and to track student progress.
Regularly monitor and document student performance, ensuring that educational goals are being met and that all compliance standards are followed.
Create a positive and engaging virtual classroom environment that encourages student participation and success.

Caseload: K-12 students with diverse needs
Qualifications:
Valid Special Education Certification in Washington
Minimum of two years of experience in school-based special education settings
Experience with teletherapy platforms and virtual learning tools
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment
