Job Overview:
As a Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to:
Create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Develop and implement tailored educational plans for students with special needs within a virtual learning environment, ensuring personalized and accessible online instruction.
Engage Students Effectively: Adapt teaching strategies, tools, and resources to enhance the learning experience for students with disabilities, promoting their academic success in a remote setting.
Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with parents, virtual team members, and support staff to cultivate an inclusive and supportive classroom experience for all students.
Monitor Progress: Track and assess student progress through online evaluations, using data-driven insights to make necessary adjustments and support continuous growth in a virtual learning space.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive pay range of $34-$40 per hour
Work during school hours
1099 classification with weekly pay
