Job Description: - Assist in surgical procedures, ensuring a sterile and organized environment.
- Monitor and support patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and families.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and regulatory guidelines.
Education & Certification Requirements: - Active RN license in the state of Washington (or compact state eligibility).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of operating room experience required.
- Experienced with C-Sections, paint management, recovering patients.
