Job Title: OR Surgical Tech - Certified Specialist
Duties:
- Scrub and assist during major OR procedures across multiple specialties.
- Maintain the sterility of the surgical field throughout the procedure.
- Ensure all instruments and supplies are prepared, available, and in good condition.
- Support specimen handling and follow protocols for lab submission.
- Participate in OR turnover by cleaning and restocking as needed.
Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise with 2+ years of scrubbing experience in a busy OR setting.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- NBSTSA CST Certification and AHA BLS certification mandatory.
Pay Range:
- Weekly: $1,625 - $1,850
- Monthly: $6,500 - $7,400
