Position Overview
The Auditor I will validate product to be delivered to customers as part of process to measure outbound loading accuracy. Responsibilities include assisting with investigation and resolution of errors
- Unload pallets by operating electronic pallet jack or identify sample pallet not yet loaded
- Carry out quality checks related to pallet construction a Product wrapped well, stacked well, up the right way, trailer in good condition
- Validate product is of good saleable quality via visual check.
- Escalate to ICQA lead if poor quality or input in iPad
- Validate product has valid date per rules/exceptions Escalate to ICQA lead if date invalid
- Validate physical product matches order using handheld scanner, scan product which then automatically checks it off against the order quantity (contained in scanner)
- Count product unloaded on the floor to double check scanner count, input manual count, adjust count numbers if necessary, including in case of lead spot check identifying a difference
- In case of errors, investigate likely reason by viewing pick slot.
- Provide information to ICQA lead who enters information into iPad
- Correct errors that ICQA lead determines necessary based on customer contract Reload product on pallet onto trailer/return to warehouse team when physical count ties to order value and/or approved by ICQA lead

- Warehouse : Perishable Warehouse (28F to 60F)
- Warehouse : Grocery Warehouse (50F to 90F)
Skills
- Physical abilities : You may be required to stand, walk, bend, reach, pull, stoop, grip, carry, and lift objects from 20lbs to 60 lbs.
Years Of Experience
- 0-2 : Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems and software preferred
