Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for performing outdoor maintenance of the Corporate Headquarters Complex.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the highest standard of grounds cleanliness; including sweeping and maintenance around parking lots
- General grounds responsibilities; weeding, trash pick-up, mowing/trimming, washing vehicles, general upkeep of the facilities grounds
- Using facilities vehicles; trucks, tractors, mowers to perform daily tasks
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Mon-Fri hours between the timeframe of 7 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Summer employment with the possibility of employment being continued
- Detail oriented
- High School diploma
- Aptitude or inclination for outdoor work
- At least some previous wheeled equipment experience is helpful and desired
- Ability to do heavy lifting and physical labor on a daily basis
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Work well in a team or alone in ALL weather conditions
