We are a small Bee Cave, Texas law injury and family firm (close to the Hill Country Galleria) looking for an attorney to work from home (or at our office) as an independent contractor on select drafting tasks. Presently, we need assistance with the drafting of (1)a motion for summary judgment and (2) a draft or outline of the appellate brief.
Other types of work would include review of paralegal pleadings and/or discovery to create a final draft, motions for continuance, discovery motions, and other pleadings.
Pay is flexible based on years of experience and experience in family law and/or personal injury.
