Are you a passionate dance instructor who loves working with children? Ensemble Schools is looking for an experienced M usical Theatre Dance Teacher to inspire and nurture the next generation of dancers at Dance With Me School of Dance. Our growing studio in Bel Air, Maryland focuses on providing quality instruction in a safe environment. We're seeking instructors who can deliver engaging, in-person lessons and contribute to the vibrant dance community. Our positive classrooms are staffed by amazing teachers who go beyond teaching dance technique to developing important life skills in students because Dance With Me is about More Than Just Great Dancing!®

Responsibilities:

• Instruct 1-3 group classes in musical theatre style for various age groups and ability levels.
• Anticipated hours are Mondays 6pm-9pm.
• Showcase a strong background in dance through educational, teaching, and/or performing experience.
• Demonstrate a genuine love for teaching and experience working with young dancers.
• Choreograph dances for recitals.
• Provide reliable transportation and pass a routine background check.
• Exhibit traits of dependability, professionalism, enthusiasm, punctuality, and friendliness.
• This position has the potential for growth. We are looking for a teacher who can assist in growing this program, with the potential to become the Director of Musical Theater at our school when the program has grown sufficiently. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic and vibrant personality for engaging young dancers.
• Post-secondary dance training experience such as a certificate or degree in dance performance, education, or related fields (not mandatory but a plus).
