Job Description:

As a  Night Auditor , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Balancing Financial Records:
   • Accurately reconciling all accounts, including room charges, transactions, and refunds.
   • Verifying that financial documentation is complete and supported.
2. Guest Services:
   • Checking guests in and out of the hotel.
   • Responding to guests' needs, requests, and complaints.
   • Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. End-of-Day Duties:
   • Balancing revenue and expense transactions that occurred during the day.
   • Processing invoices and preparing paychecks.

Qualifications:

• Previous night audit or accounting experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
