Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
Obtain dining information from guests such as dietary restrictions or special occasions
Coordinate the dining rooms seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
Conduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channels
Ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to deliver exceptional service levels under pressure
Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
