Basic Job Functions: The Payroll Coordinator duties will include but are not limited to: accurately processing weekly payroll and all related tasks. Maintaining employee records, month end reporting, assisting in quarterly and annual reconciliations of 941, 940, SUTA and W2’s, and assisting in basic HR functions such as hiring/onboarding, event planning, open enrollment, and administration of various teammate benefit programs. The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and tracking FMLA and AAP requirements. This position will demonstrate a high level of customer service and confidentiality while proactively communicating and completing follow-through with our teammates and customers.
