IntegriCare is seeking a PCA (Personal Care Assistant) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) for a part-time home care position.

schedule is 4 hours per day and 2 days per week to meet child after school around 1:30 PM - 5:30pm
Description of the role:
- Perform duties related to the care of patients in their own homes.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help patients with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare and serve meals to patients.
- Administer medications as instructed by healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- PCA or CNA experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
