What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide personalized nursing care in a home environment
• Support clients with daily needs such as medication administration, g-tube, trach, and vent care (we provide full training)
• Monitor and document patient conditions and communicate changes with care teams
• Help families feel confident and supported in their child’s care
• Work closely with a team that values your input and invests in your success

Requirements

• Active LPN or RN license
