Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Learning Management.
Skills: Strong understanding of HR processes, PeopleSoft HCM modules, functional analysis, configuration, and training.
Technical Consultant:
Responsibilities: Developing PeopleSoft HCM customizations, writing PeopleCode, creating reports, integrating with other systems, and providing technical support.
Skills: PeopleCode, SQR, SQL, PeopleTools, Application Engine, Integration Broker, and experience with PeopleSoft upgrades.
