Job Description:
Interim HealthCare at Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg is seeking compassionate PCAs to provide personalized care to residents. As part of our team, you will assist clients with their day-to-day needs, from personal hygiene to mobility support, ensuring they live in a comfortable, nurturing environment. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that enhances the quality of life for every resident.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
- Help residents with mobility and positioning, including transfers and exercises
- Assist with household tasks like meal preparation, shopping, and errands
- Provide medication reminders and basic medication administration
- Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly
- Ensure clients’ homes or rooms are clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in personal care is preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation to Bethany Village
- Positive references and background checks
