Job Overview: As a Personal Vacation Planner you will be responsible for helping clients design their dream vacations. You ll work with a variety of destinations and travel types from romantic getaways to family adventures ensuring that each trip is tailored to the unique needs and desires of the traveler. No prior travel experience is required we provide all the training and resources you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand their vacation preferences budget and goals
Research and recommend suitable travel options including flights hotels cruises and excursions
Build customized itineraries that create memorable travel experiences
Assist with booking travel arrangements and managing reservations
Stay uptodate on travel trends destinations and perks
Provide exceptional customer service before during and after the trip
Qualifications:
Passion for travel and a desire to help others plan amazing vacations
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities
Basic computer skills including familiarity with email and online booking systems
No prior experience necessary we provide all training certifications and support
