Overview:
As a Remote Pharmacist, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care across multiple healthcare facilities. You'll work from home or our on-site location, using your expertise to ensure the safe and effective use of medications for patients.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care: Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care in compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Medication Management: Utilize medication processes to monitor, order, verify, and recommend appropriate medications.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Clinical Decision-Making: Exercise professional judgment in making clinical decisions and recommendations.
Supervision: Oversee the work of pharmacy staff under your supervision.
Qualifications:
Education: Successful completion of an accredited pharmacy program.
Licensure: Active pharmacy license in Arkansas or Oklahoma. Additional licensure in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and/or Texas is encouraged.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
