The Role:

 

CCTV Operator/Physical Security Systems Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing and alerting others of any incidents which may impact the client’s people, products or property. You’ll be required to monitor across a variety of sites (from a central location).

We have an opportunity within the SOC team (Embedded at one of our client sites). This role would suit an individual with either direct experience or from a similar background eg: call center, emergency dispatch, customer service or a role involving being able to work at pace and maintaining organization.

 

Shift Pattern – (7am - 3pm) Saturday - Wednesday

Requirements:

• Reliable and punctual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a high-tech and fast paced environment.
• Be a team player and equally work well on own initiative.
• Previous 911/call center dispatch experience preferred.
• Must be Covid vaccinated.

• Somerville, MA

 

Package:

$23.00 - $25.00 per hour (depending on experience), 401k "fully loaded" TSi benefits, Employee-owner etc.
