Responsibilities:
- Manage Operations: Oversee daily plant operations to meet production targets safely and efficiently.
- Analyze and Improve: Monitor metrics, troubleshoot issues, and implement cost-saving strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Work with quality assurance to maintain high standards and resolve issues.
- Safety Leadership: Enforce safety protocols, conduct audits, and mitigate hazards.
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and train technicians and engineers.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience managing a plating/metal finishing shop.
- Experience with AS9100 quality management systems.
- CEF and/or CAF certification preferred; NADCAP experience is a plus.
- Strong auditing and data analysis skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to commute between plant locations.
- Physically able to walk, kneel, stand for long periods, and lift up to 45 lbs.
