It’s with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a Product Marketing Associate. As a Product Marketing Associate you will support product and marketing teams with internal and external product launches. You will play a key part in communicating our product’s value to the market and our customers and help craft the product story that will drive our company forward. Responsibilities for the Marketing Associate include: * Become an expert in Hireology's markets, our position, our customers and product to be able to adequately communicate product vision to all audiences via Marketing channels. * Collaborate with larger Marketing team to create top-performing copy (e.g., headlines, landing pages, PR-facing promotions, e-books, podcasts, guides) * Help manage the flow of product releases and the internal and external communications around them * Conduct high-level market, competitive, customer and product research to support marketing, product and sales teams * Provide support and report customer feedback to Product Management and Revenue Leadership to aid in customer retention * Create and manage product walkthroughs, pitch decks, one pagers and other sales enablement and marketing materials to demonstrate the product and help educate customers So what kind of person are we looking for in this role? We have a unique culture here at Hireology, and the person who will be successful in this role will possess the following competencies and capabilities: * College degree: Marketing, Business Management, Journalism, Public Relations or Communications is preferred * Problem Solving: Ability to stay level-headed and take the initiative when problems arise * Responsive: Ability to manage feedback proactively and implement changes immediately * Experience: 0-3 years of marketing experience, including internships. Experience in auto, hospitality, recruiting, facility-based care or SaaS is helpful * Results-Driven: Must have a proven record of driving results in high-growth companies and must have an inner drive to succeed * Work Independently and with a Team: Some people work best individually and within a team.
