Message Broadcast is seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our product organization. This role will drive operational excellence, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making across our product teams.
Salary: $120K + bonus
What you’ll do:
Develop and maintain operational frameworks, processes, and tools to enhance product team efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with Product Managers to establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems that drive product decisions and measure success
Manage the product planning process, including quarterly roadmap reviews, sprint planning, and resource allocation
Create and maintain documentation for product processes, best practices, and standard operating procedures
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders
Lead the implementation and optimization of product tools and systems (e.g., project management, feedback collection, analytics)
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across product teams and with external stakeholders
Administer and optimize portfolio management tools to ensure effective product planning and prioritization
Train and support team members on portfolio management tools and best practices
**Qualifications **
**What you have - Required Skills: **
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
5+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or similar role
Strong understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Proven track record of implementing and optimizing operational processes
Advanced experience with portfolio management tools such as Aha!, ProductBoard, Roadmunk, or similar platforms
Experience with product management and project tracking tools
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a fast-paced technology company
Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools
PMP certification or similar project management credentials
Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies
Certification in portfolio management tools like Aha! or ProductBoard
