**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent experience (5+ years) in lab or critical environment controls.
- Proficient with lab control systems, HVAC systems, and critical environments, such as clean rooms and hospitals.
- Solid PC skills, particularly in a Windows environment, with intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrate strong mathematical skills, with attention to detail and the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration capabilities; effective in both team and individual settings.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, function independently, and maintain focus in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
