Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering preferred

• Experience with continuous improvement projects 

• Experience in a construction environment or working on construction projects

• Green Belt Lean Six Sigma Certification or other Lean certifications preferred

• Ability to provide formal reports, calculate ROI, implement metrics, and audit procedures

Job Description:

• Manage continual improvement projects in both manufacturing and office environments.
• Manage capital projects for new manufacturing equipment.
• Facilitate in cross-functional teams.
• Responsible for organizing and delivering a project update status to project owner’s and management in relation to plan
• Responsible for strategic coordination of all projects within Operational Excellence to achieve annual cost savings goals.
