Position : Project Manager

Location : Cupertino, CA

The Marketing team helps generate excitement for, and drive adoption of these proprietary services around the world. The team helps ensure that group's marketing complies with all legal and regulatory obligations. We are now looking for a seasoned project manager who will play a crucial role in helping set up the org for scale. You will work with senior marketing and compliance leadership to help put in place marketing processes and procedures to ensure that our best in class marketing complies with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidate: results oriented - comfortable with bringing structure to ambiguous problems by collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing logically in regulated environments.

• 8+ years experience in program management, compliance, digital business transformation or similar role
• Comfort and experience in operating in regulated environments
• Strong project management skills to "get things done" - prioritize ruthlessly, balance multiple projects simultaneously, influence without authority
• Able to traverse big picture thinking and enjoy sweating details
• Excellent communication (and influence) skills - internal and external
• Understanding of marketing technology is a plus

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree, with 8 to 12 years of experience. Law degree is a plus but not a requirement.
