Promotion Assistant Responsibilities: 

• Be the life of the party at promotional events! Help with product launches, demos, and community outreach.
• Set the stage with event booths, eye-catching displays, and all the promotional goodies.
• Handle the behind-the-scenes magic—setting up and breaking down promotional materials like a pro.
• Bring your A-game to customer interactions, spreading positivity and enthusiasm for our client's products.
• Be the go-to expert on product features, benefits, and how-tos.
• Answer questions, share product insights, and be there to help customers with a smile.
• Show off your sales skills by actively demoing products and highlighting their awesomeness.
• Hand out samples, flyers, and other cool swag to drum up interest.
• Get the crowd pumped with fun activities like contests, games, and surveys.
• Communicate the brand story in a way that sticks, building loyalty and awareness.
• Team up with different departments to make sure promo activities hit the mark.
• Share your frontline insights with the marketing crew to keep refining our approach.
• Support your teammates during events to keep things running smoothly and customers happy.

Promotion Assistant Requirements:

• Must reside in or around the Akron area - this is on site in Bismarck, ND.
• Bursting with creativity and a social personality that shines in any crowd.
• Driven with a strong work ethic and ready to climb the career ladder.
• Passionate about event coordination and promotion.
• Exceptional at customer service.
• Must be at least 18 years or older to apply
• Thriving in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
