Under direct supervision of the Supervising Property Appraiser (SPA) in the Assessment Services Unit (ASU), the Junior Property Appraiser (JPA) learns and performs the more routine office and field duties involved in the appraisal of real property, and other related work. Assists in researching the least complex property tax issues involving the taxation of real property and preparing written analyses of findings.
