Job Description

Location: Remote (Mountain View, CA)

Interview Process: We conduct a three-round interview process via Zoom video calls.

Primary Skills:
- Experience with RESTful APIs and backend services using Python, Flask, Datadog, and Celery.
- Familiarity with tools such as Pip, Conda, Presto, Hive, SQL, and Spark.

Requirements:
- Proficient in Python with a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
- Develop and maintain RESTful API backend services in Python, utilizing technologies like Flask, Datadog, and Celery.
- Design and implement Python SDKs for various applications.
- Proven experience with Amazon Aurora and/or PostgreSQL in a production environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with SQL tuning techniques.

Nice to Have:
- Experience with Python dependency management tools like Pip and Conda.
- Familiarity with using Jupyter notebooks for data science or machine learning tasks.
- Ability to manage programmatic job scheduling and data pipelines using tools such as Airflow.
- Experience developing and maintaining queries for offline databases using technologies such as Presto, Hive, and Spark.
