Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop test strategy/plans (from end user requirements and use cases), design, implement and run automated/manual tests and work with developers / managers to ensure sufficient quality prior to release.
- Provides systems quality assurance testing services. Implements and maintains new techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of software development.
Qualifications:
- 4+ yrs of relevant testing experience, both manual and/or automated testing.
- Experience with testing and collaboration tools or equivalent: Jira, Cucumber, Selenium, Appium.
- Adept facilitation and elicitation skills: Strong interviewing, probing, influence skills
- Active listener, strong interpreter, and sharer of information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communications skills, both written & verbal
