We're excited to invite you to join our team as a Remote Real Estate Investment Loan Broker! In this role, you'll become an Authorized Broker, offering our diverse range of Investment Loans to your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Gain a deep understanding of our loan products to effectively assist clients.
- Guide customers through the loan application process with care and clarity.
- Prepare and submit loan applications along with necessary supporting documents.
- Build and nurture referral networks to discover new loan prospects.
- Provide outstanding customer service to foster lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in mortgage and finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with financial and lending practices is essential.
- Strong ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Skilled in managing a pipeline or portfolio effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
