Key Responsibilities:
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our loan offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
- Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
- Manage the submission of loan applications and all necessary supporting documentation.
- Cultivate a network of referrals to identify potential clients in need of loan services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the mortgage and finance industry is essential.
- A solid understanding of financial and lending practices is required.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in managing a loan pipeline or portfolio.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
