REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY / JUNIOR TO MID-LEVEL

A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join its distinguished Real Estate Practice Group . This is an exciting opportunity to work across a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, supporting a diverse and sophisticated client base across multiple industries.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record .
- Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction , in good standing.
- 2+ years of substantive transactional experience handling complex commercial real estate matters .
- Demonstrated experience in acquisitions and dispositions , commercial leasing , real estate finance , real property secured financing , joint ventures , and land development .
- Experience conducting title and survey reviews , as well as general real estate due diligence .
- Proven ability to manage deal closings and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Comfortable collaborating with attorneys and support staff across multiple office locations, while taking on significant individual responsibility.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and client service skills, with a solution-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all phases of complex commercial real estate transactions , including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and joint venture agreements.
- Represent borrowers and lenders in real property secured financing transactions.
- Conduct and analyze title , survey , and zoning due diligence , and coordinate closings.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients , helping manage deal timelines and address legal questions with efficiency and professionalism.
- Work closely with attorneys and paralegals in other offices, contributing to a seamless and coordinated client experience.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual base salary range of $215,000 – $330,000 , determined by experience and market factors, as well as p erformance-based bonus opportunities.
