Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role at Luxian International Realty in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves daily tasks related to property management, lease administration, lease agreements, and commercial real estate activities.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience
Property Management and Lease Administration skills
Experience in handling lease agreements
Knowledge of real estate, especially commercial real estate
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented and organized with strong analytical skills
Experience with property valuation and market analysis is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
