Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of office functions.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office
- Handle incoming phone calls, screen calls, and forward to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in person
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and filing
Skills Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple phone line systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
