Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for our visitors and callers. This position requires a friendly demeanor, a professional appearance, and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the reception area.
- Perform clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Provide information to clients and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a relevant administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
