As a recruiter, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. here's how you'll contribute:Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various platforms and strategies.
Coordinate interviews, provide candidate feedback, and manage job offers.
Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events.
1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume or multi-role environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
