About The Role We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who’s is a logistics wizard with an added interest in becoming a sourcing sleuth. You’ll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming- managing scheduling and candidate experience - while also helping to build early pipeline for our highest-priority roles. What You’ll Do - Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews- phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops
- Provide a white-glove candidate experience from first touch to final decision
- Partner closely with recruiters and interviewers to anticipate and resolve scheduling challenges in real-time
- Occasionally coordinate travel for onsite interviews
- Manage candidate data in our ATS (Ashby) and ensure accuracy throughout
- Draft and send candidate communications that reflect our tone and values
- Support sourcing efforts by:
- Building target lists using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
- Sending outbound messages to potential candidates and tracking engagement
- Maintaining prospect data and helping prioritize follow-ups
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination
- 1+ years of candidate sourcing experience
- Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Comfortable juggling logistics and outreach simultaneously
- Strong written communication- you can write a clear, friendly, and typo-free message on the first try
- Experience using recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, etc.) or eagerness to learn quickly
- A can-do attitude and willingness to take ownership of both the big picture and the small stuff
- Passion for people, process, and building something great
- Ability to be on-site 5 days a week out of our Bellevue, WA office

Compensation: This role has a pay range of $75,000 - $85,000 dependent on experience
