Job Overview We are seeking dedicated
Emergency Department Registered Nurses to join our team in Arizona. This role involves providing high-quality, compassionate patient care in compliance with hospital standards and regulations. The ideal candidate is committed to patient-centered care, works effectively in a team environment, and remains calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities - Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Develop and evaluate patient care plans based on assessment data
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital policies
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Ensure patient safety through evidence-based nursing practices
Qualifications - Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Nursing Diploma program (BSN preferred)
- Licensure: Active Arizona RN license or compact state license (must obtain AZ license within 30 days of employment)
- Certifications:
- BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- ACLS & PALS (within 3 months), ESI training (within 6 months), TNCC (within 24 months)
- De-escalation techniques training (within 3 months of hire )
Preferred Experience - Previous experience in a clinical setting
- One year of acute Med/Surg nursing experience; CCRN or CEN certification encouraged
