JOB RESPONSIBILITIES-

Registered Nurse Manager - Neuro Trauma

RN MGR - NEURO TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Neuro Trauma Unit will have the following job responsibilities:

• In this critical care environment, you will monitor the delivery of high quality patient care and in evaluating patient optimal outcomes
• You will manage day to day operations involving scheduling, patient-team rounding, and in ensuring patient and family satisfaction
• You will work with all facets of the clinical and administrative team, including PCNT Director, educator, resource nurse, physicians, HR, etc.
• You will provide leadership skills to assist with employee performance evaluations, counseling of staff, and provide guidance and support with compliance and regulatory agencies

RN MGR - NEURO TRAUMA

Full-Time

Registered Nurse Manager candidates for the Neuro Trauma Unit must meet the following minimum job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
• Registered Nurse (RN) License in NH or valid Compact State License
• BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross)
• PCCN Certification (preferred)
• TNCC Certification (preferred)
• TCAR Certification (preferred)
• Must have min 3-7 years of acute care nursing in a critical care environment with supervisory nuero trauma experience

C ompensation: Salary range from $46.50- $69.75 based on years of experience
Relocation on a case by case basis
