Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN 1) - New Grads is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in a healthcare setting. As a newly graduated nurse, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals. Your role will involve assessing patients, developing care plans, administering medications, and providing compassionate support to patients and their families. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to continuously learn and grow as a nurse.

Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to providing exceptional patient care
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Completion of any required training or orientation programs for new graduates

Responsibilities:
- Assess and prioritize patient care needs based on physical, psychological, and social factors
- Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coherent and effective patient care
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and coworkers
- Adhere to healthcare protocols, policies, and procedures
- Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and professional development opportunities
