As a Registered Nurse (RN) , you will play a key role in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care while working collaboratively with a dedicated team. Deliver High-Quality Nursing Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for patients in accordance with facility protocols and standards.
Lead the Care Team: Direct LPNs, CNAs, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery and positive patient outcomes.
Act as a Patient Advocate: Support patients and their families by providing clear information, emotional support, and coordination of services.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state, federal, and facility regulations.
Mentor and Develop Staff: Support the growth of newer nurses and foster a positive, collaborative environment.
Respond in Emergencies: Act quickly and effectively during critical situations, using your clinical knowledge and training.
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a clinical setting; preferred experience in long-term care, hospice, home health, med-surg, or SNF.
International Candidates:
NCLEX passed (required for all Canada/Mexico trained nurses)
TOEFL (unless native English speaker)
Valid Visa Screen Certificate

Competitive Salary : $60,000–$70,000/year (DOE) + performance bonuses
