Job Details:

Boylston Staffing is looking for Temporary Remote Legal Customer Support Associates .
Duties include providing superior service to clients and prospective clients through inbound and outbound telephone contact.
Will work in a team environment.
The Case Manager helps to ensure that corporate and department goals are met.
The primary goal of the department is to provide outstanding service to clients, potential clients, affiliates, and internal customers. Will qualify clients for legal representation.
Will follow pre-established screening criteria and will discuss potential cases with upper management.
Must be able to communicate effectively and follow up on questions and issues. Update client information and establish excellent relationships.
Must have a BA or BS with 1-2 years of experience in a customer service/call center environment. Interest in law is a plus.
The temporary salary is $20.00/hr. Does has the potential to go permanent for the right person. Hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 am-5:30 pm. $20/hr when permanent with excellent benefits.
