Requirements

• Must be in the United States
  

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1 years of Remote or Brick and Mortar Call Center Experience

• 1 years of Customer Service Experience

• Strong communication skills and a reliable internet connection. (No Wifi or VPN)

• Basic computer skills and flexibility in scheduling.

• Must be able to speak with a pleasant tone and professionally

• Must be able to read with a natural flow
  

• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions.
