The
Remote Senior FP&A Analyst will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and driving business performance. This fully remote position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, develop budgets and support strategic decision-making processes.
Remote Senior FP&A Analyst Responsibilities: - Develop and manage financial models to forecast business performance and support strategic initiatives
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, variance analyses and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with department leaders to create annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Support ad hoc financial projects and analyses as required
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
Remote Senior FP&A Analyst Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within an agency, investment banking, private equity, transaction services or consulting environment
- Experience with Adaptive Planning or any similar EPM software is a must
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software/tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
