Job Description

1. Responsible for the project coordination of port inquiry business, the establishment and maintenance of relations with all parties in the port, the research of potential new customers, the acquisition of exchange and cooperation opportunities, the establishment of regular communication mechanism with customers and the promotion of secondary marketing;
2. Manage the signing of contracts and documents, assist in the signing, modification, execution and termination of various business contracts;
3. responsible for maintaining communication with customers throughout the project cycle and maintaining cooperative relations;
4. familiar with foreign markets, international trade re-export sales process, bulk commodity procurement process and local cultural policies;
5. Responsible for developing the Russian market, expanding the company's share of goods trade in the Russian market, and maintaining market order;
6. Regularly prepare and submit marketing reports according to the company's business tasks, marketing plans, marketing indicators and other data.
