Pay Range: $15.00 – $26.00/hour

What You’ll Do:
- Install residential (and light commercial) HVAC systems in line with all specifications and building codes
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, providing long-term, cost-effective solutions
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC units
- Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Advise clients on system upgrades and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain detailed records of work performed
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and HVAC industry standards
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of proven HVAC installation experience
- Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems, air conditioning, and appliance repair
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Mechanically inclined with knowledge of temperature control systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- EPA certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
