Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Director of Operations in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Director of Operations should be a dynamic leader capable of setting sales targets, fostering a supportive environment, maintaining high customer service standards, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams towards strategic success.

Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California.
Responsibilities:
- Seeking a suitable candidate for the role of Restaurant District Manager within our organization.
- Setting sales targets and maximizing sales.
- Providing a stimulating and supportive environment for the team.
- Maintaining and enhancing customer service standards.
- Overseeing staff training and development.
- The position entails acting as a role model and taking operational responsibility for specific product lines.
- Desired qualities include fantastic leadership skills to inspire and motivate individuals effectively.
- Essential abilities involve leading, developing teams, and strategic thinking.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary : up to $130,000.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5+ years current experience as a Multi-Unit Restaurant Manager.
- Must have background overseeing 3-5 restaurants.
- Because this is an airport position, the ability to pass a TSA/FBI Background check is required in order to be considered for this position.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees.
- Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed.
- Restaurant Director of Operations must be proficient with financials (P&L's, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.).
