Job Description

A luxury resort in the British Virgin Islands is seeking an experienced Fine Dining Restaurant Managers. They want someone with Island experience and a proven track record of success in the resort/fine dining segment. Candidates must relocate to the British Virgin Islands.

Restaurant Manager Compensation and Benefits:

• Monthly Housing allowance
• Relocation and Visa assistance
• 12 days of PTO
• Employee discount at property restaurants

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Must oversee the efficient running of all F&B operations.
• Ensure adherence to company health & food safety standards and compliance with all laws.
• Make sure F&B services meet and exceed guest expectations.

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager at a luxury resort
• Caribbean experience is a plus.
• Must be able to perform the physical demands of the job inside and out.
• Must be willing to relocate to the British Virgin Islands year round.
