Key Responsibilities:

• Providing top-tier customer service with a warm, welcoming attitude
• Assisting customers with product fittings and finding the right gear
• Accurately handling cashiering duties and processing transactions
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Handling firearms responsibly and upholding all safety protocols
• Assisting with inventory, restocking, and light data entry tasks

Qualifications:

• Must have recent experience in retail sales, cashiering, and within a customer service environment.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of retail experience is required for this position .
• Comfortable handling firearms and safety gear
• Familiarity with safety gear used by law enforcement or military personnel is a plus
• Strong customer service, communication, and people skills
• Dependable, professional, and a team-oriented mindset
• High school diploma or GED required

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday : 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (One day off during the week)
• Saturday : 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Sunday : Off
