Description The
RISE Internship is a 13-month
paid residency for recent college graduates seeking hands-on experience in the
mental health field . Fellows work directly with children and adolescents in psychiatric residential treatment at
Eliada , gaining clinical exposure while supporting youth through therapeutic and recreational activities.
What You'll Do - Provide daily support and supervision to youth with mental health diagnoses
- Implement individualized treatment plans and life skills coaching
- Participate in therapeutic activities and crisis interventions
- Maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
- Complete mental health and program documentation
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
